Maybe I just have getting out of town on my mind lately, but I found another amazing online shop located in the UK called HOWKAPOW founded by the cutie-pie married couple, Cat & Rog How.
Fun Makes Good
Their store showcases works from new designers. In addition to their store, they have an agency that gives promotional advice to independent designers. Check out their shop, it is FULL of must-haves and it's an inspirational site to peruse.

If you live in Vancouver, or are passing through on your way to ski Whistler, definitely make a stop in the Old Faithful Shop. I came across it looking for these blank Swedish journals called HEJSAN (also the Swedish word for "Hello").
Once I found my long-sought-after journals, I found that Old Faithful is a general store of sorts. They sell perfume, weekender bags and office supplies, just to name a few. They also have an online shop that rules, but I have a feeling that they don't have all of their inventory on there, and that a journey to the store is necessary.

Thank you for the journals!!!
Grosgrain Fabulous is my new favorite blog! After coming across a tutorial on how to make a tent designed by Cakies (also an amazing blogger), I am in love.
Grosgrain is currently posting a new simple FREE sewing project each day (for 30 days) and they are well selected, useful AND CUTE. Next time you have some procrastination time at work or feel like making a simple project, check out Grosgrain!
Other favs from the list:
Beach Bag Tote from say YES! to hoboken, and...
Bow Tie Pillow, also from say YES! to hoboken.

Erie Basin is my new favorite shop. Located in Red Hook at 338 Van Brunt Street, they carry the most exquisite antique jewelry (including engagement rings), as well as a slew of other antiques, from finials to stereoscopes.
Their online shop only carries a fraction of the physical store's merchandise, so if you live in the New York area, definitely stop by the store.
Reza Rasoli is an endlessly talented LA-based artist. During the day he directs animation shorts as a partner/co-founder in Three Legged Legs and in his free time he is a watercolor doodler who posts his paintings modestly on his own site, Rezatron. He is currently working on a series of pieces featuring comedians (see Will Arnett above), and they make my day looking at them. Click here for the full collection and to view his other works.
